Personal project. Very inspired by Flower. I really wanted to capture that super summery and clean feeling. For this i only used dynamic lights (one skylight and one directional light) and no raytracing. Tried out the "new" sky and atmosphere and it sooo nice and simple to set up! I love it.

All assets and textures used in this environment was made by me and with game use in mind.

I hope someone likes it :).

Reused a couple of materials i made in school and made a texture for the trees.

A little diorama i put together at the start to see how things fit together. I think it really helped to not get overwhelmed when doing larger things.

To make the geo of the trees match the texture more i used  displacement on a cylinder with correct UVs and decimated the geo afterwords in blender. It did require some cleanup but i was surprised how well it worked in this case.

For the fence and road i used a simple spline blueprint.
